Courtney Chapman

Courtney Chapman is entering her sophomore year at Northeastern University as an art major. Having grown up in Luxembourg and now permanently living in Bermuda, she has always had a strong passion for travel. Northeastern's Venice photography trip seemed to be a great way to further her love for art and travel. She took three years of art classes and a year of both photography and art history in high school. Though the focus of this photography course was analog work, the rich colors of Venice have inspired an appreciation for digital imaging. This is the first college photography course she has taken. Studying and living in Venice have given her an appreciation for the culture and Venetian way of life. Courtney intends on continuing her photographic studies at Northeastern and possibly pursuing a minor in photography.
