Sara Abad

Sara Abad has just completed her second year as a graphic design major at Northeastern University. She comes from a small town in New Jersey where she has spent many years developing her love for art. Once at school in Boston she recognized her passion for graphic design. She enjoys finding elements of graphic design and typography in different aspects of everyday life and applying them to her studies.

As much as Sara loves everything about living in Boston, she was excited to learn about the Venice trip and to take a swing at living life abroad. Sara has briefly traveled to Europe before but is excited for this time to immerse herself in the culture. With the goal of someday replacing Samantha Brown on the Travel Channel, she is excited to learn about this amazing city and to document her ventures while expanding her interest in art to include photography as well. She is looking forward to taking what she learns in this photography class to include in her future graphic design classes.
